Meet the Leadership

Mr. Carswell, a Certified Public Accountant and graduate of the University of Maryland is CFO of 3 Square and brings 27 yrs experience managing financials, implementing company controls, and strategic planning.

Mr. Kline is VP of Field Operations & Construction and runs the day to day field operations.

Mr. Kline is a 13-year Army Veteran with over 30 years of general contracting management experience and specializes in large multi-family tenant in place renovations and new construction. Mr. Kline has managed 1,000 units of tenant in place renovations within the past 3 years before starting 3 Square.
